[v3 00/16] Enable ARM Trusted Firmware for U-Boot

This is the 3rd version of patchset to enable ARM Trusted Firmware
for U-Boot for Intel Stratix10 and Agilex platform.

New U-boot flow with ARM Trusted Firmware (ATF) support:
SPL (EL3) -> ATF-BL31 (EL3) -> U-Boot Proper (EL2) -> Linux (EL1)

SPL loads the u-boot.itb which consist of:
1) u-boot-nodtb.bin (U-Boot Proper image)
2) u-boot.dtb (U-Boot Proper DTB)
3) bl31.bin (ATF-BL31 image)


Patch status:
Have changes: Patch 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16
Other patches unchanged.

-  Update u-boot to loads FIT images (kernel.itb) which
   includes Linux Image and Linux's DTB.

- Print error message and return instead of hang in socfpga_bridges_reset()
  when SMC call is failing.

- This is new patch to switch to use binman to generate FIT.
  This patch adds binman node of FIT images (u-boot.itb and
  kernel.itb) to u-boot device tree.

Patch 15:
- This is new patch to switch to use binman to generate FIT.
  This patch enable FIT image generation using binman.

Patch 16:
- Add CONFIG_SPL_LOAD_FIT_ADDRESS=0x02000000
- Remove board/altera/soc64/fit_spl_atf.sh. Switch to use binman
  to generate FIT image.
