For U-Boot, although I am trying to clean up NXP usb patches, but have
not find time to enable i.MX8MM.

For Kernel, I think it is still stuck in power domain part.
Let's see whether we could move to SCMI again considerting power domain
notified patches from Uff are under reviewing.
