[PATCH] mtd: spi-nor-ids: Enable quad read for Gigadevice gd25lq128

The Gigadevice gd25lq128 serial flash exists in different versions,
all which identify themselves using the same JEDEC id.

gd25lq128c:

gd25lq128d:
https://www.gigadevice.com/datasheet/gd25lq128d

However, all versions support quad read, so enable it.
Tested and verified on the Sipeed MAix BiT board.
