Which exact kernel version are you using? [git commit id?]

Did you adpt the device tree source to your hardware, and how do  you
pass the device tree blob to the kernel?

And what exactly is your boot command?

Patch to fix what? Which problem are you tring to solve?

Support for the MPC5200 is in really good shape these days; I'm not
aware of any patches needed.
