[ELDK] cramfs issue for hotplugged devices

Just as an addition - Wolfgang implemented the CRAMFS method already a
while ago in the context of the Root Filesystem Builder [1].  One can
select the option "Image settings -> Root file skeleton -> CRAMFS" there
and the generated root filesystem will be pre-populated with the
contents of "config/skeleton/cramfs".  The contents of that directory
are derived from the example in the manual.
