[U-Boot] PPC4XX Custom Board - Failing to read I2C

[txcotrader]

By board is based off of the ppc460sx.
I only have one I2C bus.

2007 version has clock signal at 0x50 (DIMM0 I2C)
2013 version has no clock signal at 0x50 

My boardconfig.h file has the same values configured.
