[U-Boot] [PATCH v4 3/4] da850evm, da850_am18xxevm: convert to CONFIG_SPL_MAX_FOOTPRINT

This target wants to check full SPL size, BSS included.
Remove CONFIG_SPL_MAX_SIZE definition and instead define
CONFIG_SPL_MAX_FOOTPRINT.
