This makes no sense. U-Boot is a boot loader, not an OS.  Do not
reinvent the wheel yet another time.  Use an OS - for example, Linux
has all the inrastructure (both kernel and user space components) that
you will need - in U-Boot, you would have to reinvent everything from
scratch.
