Well, I somehow fooled myself. Sorry for the noise. The problem was the
missing "u-boot,dm-pre-reloc" for the "rst" odr "sdr" node and
"CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE=0xFFFF0000" in the defconfig. Now U-Boot starts
but the kernel does not...
