[U-Boot] Xilinx Zynq patches

Hi,

I am sending several patches which improve Xilinx Zynq arm port
in u-boot.
Patchset contain:
- core changes: patches 1,2
- gem update: patches 1-11
- mmc support: patch 12
- i2c support: patch 13
- pl support: patch 14

I am sending them in one package because driver depends
on each other in zynq shared files.
