I took it from a checkout of linux-next unfortunately (trying to be
bleeding edge) so this might be gone now. The code you mention was added in
this commit:

3b08ed0 (HEAD) config: Add 'make kvmconfig'

However it seems to have been dumped later. When I return to this I will
pick up an official release.

I can push my linux-next somewhere if that would help.
